Service Description

**If you have a cracked heels or thick calluses, and thick nails, fungal nails you will need to book a Medi Pedi. Our spa pedicure treatment is clients favorite; we begin with a foot assessment and antimicrobial foot cleanser spay to cleanse the skin. Nail care includes shaping and cuticle care. Next, we exfoliate and hydrate the heels with signature "foot facial" (steam towel and steam treatment) with a sugar/salt scrub and moisturizing oil and skin polishing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No-Show Policy We understand that unexpected situations arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, missed appointments without proper notice affect our ability to serve other clients efficiently. To ensure fair scheduling, we have implemented the following policies: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made within this timeframe will allow your deposit to be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No Call, No Show: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be placed on a ban list and will be unable to book future appointments. A no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged and will be banned from booking. Polish Wear: Please note that polish is intended to be worn for a maximum of two weeks. We recommend removing it after this period to maintain the health of your nails. Pedicure Maintenance: To prolong the life of your pedicure and maintain healthy nails, we recommend regularly using cuticle oil and moisturizing your feet. Repairs: We offer free repairs within 7 days of the original appointment. After one week, repair services will not incur a fee with thin 7days. Service Guarantee: While we strive to provide long-lasting manicures and pedicures, the longevity of your service can be influenced by various factors, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
