Titanium Wire Nail Brace (Orthonyxia) A thin titanium wire is bonded to the nail plate using a specialized composite and cured with LED light. The brace acts as a gentle spring, gradually lifting and straightening the nail as it grows. This non-surgical, painless orthonyxia technique helps correct ingrown, involuted, and deformed toenails over time while reducing discomfort and pressure. Treatment Plan *Safe and comfortable application *Gradual nail correction as the nail grows *Suitable for ingrown and curved toenails *Full correction may take up to 18 months, depending on nail growth and severity **Brace reapplication required every 4–6 weeks Client must follow recommended home care and footwear adjustments for best results Results vary based on nail condition, growth rate, and client compliance with aftercare instructions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that unexpected situations happen and that you may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other clients. To provide fair scheduling for everyone, I kindly ask that you review and follow our policy below. Cancellation Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will allow your deposit to be transferred toward your rescheduled appointment. Late Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No Call, No Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a 50% no-show fee of the scheduled service amount. Due to the impact of missed appointments on our schedule, clients who do not show up without notice may be placed on a booking restriction list and may no longer be eligible to schedule future appointments. Polish Wear Guidelines Polish is designed to be worn for a maximum of two weeks. We recommend removing polish after this time to help maintain healthy nails and prevent potential nail issues. Pedicure Maintenance To extend the life of your pedicure and support healthy nails and skin, we recommend: Applying cuticle oil regularly Moisturizing your feet daily Following your personalized aftercare recommendations Repairs We stand behind the quality of our services. If you experience an issue related to your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment for a complimentary repair evaluation. After 7 days, any repairs or adjustments may be subject to a service fee. Service Guarantee While we strive to provide high-quality, long-lasting services, the durability of your o pedicure can vary depending on lifestyle, footwear, nail condition, aftercare, and other individual factors.
