CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, late cancellations and no-shows prevent regular clients and individuals who genuinely need foot care services from accessing available appointments. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our scheduling policy.

Clients who fail to show for their appointment without notice will no longer be eligible to book future appointments at Chacha Feet.
